Hi there, thanks for visiting and coming here to learn a little bit more about me and my team. I am a Real Estate Agent with Prudential California Reallty and I live and work in Fullerton California. Having had the entrepenurial spirit since I was 10 years old, I got a paper route so I could help my mom out. Since my early days of selling papers, I have sold everything from body wraps to magnets to booth space at a singles expo. I am a true believer that if you do what you love, then the money will follow. I love making people happy and I can only sell products I really beleieve in and think people need! Er, uh, don’t hold the “body wrapping” against me. I was 17 and thought that wrapping people up like mummies made them lose inches… until I realized that they gained it back after drinking a glass of water, then I had to move on.

I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1998 and for the past 12 years, I have been a retail loan officer, a wholesale loan representative and an advertising specialist working with companies such as The Discovery Channel and Dominos Pizza. Fortunately for me, the lending and advertising traits serve me extremely well as a real estate agent because I know how to market houses to acheive the highest possible sales price! It doesn’t end there though, there is much negotiating to do and anything can happen. It takes a seasoned professional that understands how to manuever through potential escrow issues. Trust me, there will be some but it is my job to make sure things are taken care of as quickly and painlessly as possible. Afterall, buying or selling a home can be one of the most emotional, stressful and largest financial decisions of your life. This is serious business and you need a seasoned professional to get you the most money and tackle the issues in this volitile market.
